Better Profile Comment Stats

Better Profile Comment Stats

Short, concise description of the idea
The way comments are counted seems somewhat illogical to me and I suggest this to be changed. Let me explain:

Full description of the idea
#1 Comments one posted in their own journal get counted as received comments. I don't think they should get counted as, well, can you 'receive' your own comments?

#2 When you delete an entry, all comments posted to it - yours and others' - get subtracted from your 'received comments' count. When you delete a comment you posted, it doesn't get subtracted from your 'posted comments' count. Why such a difference? I think either all should get subtracted or none should be.

An ordered list of benefits
  • Accuracy (from my perspective).
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • I'm sure some people like the current system better.
