Style=mine should stick to style, not content

Short, concise description of the idea
Appending the LJ urls with ?style=mine or using the new style=mine feature should only change the style of the layout and not swap out content such as undated welcome notes/stick posts.

Full description of the idea
I use Smooth Sailing and when I view other journals with ?style=mine, their welcome notes are swapped out for mine. I don't know if this behaviour is intended or not. This also happens with the Free Text Sidebox, which I imagine could be useful if it isn't swapping out existing content. For an example, try view lj_releases with and without ?style=mine. Note: I'm not aware of how this feature behaves with styles that do not have undated welcome notes and/or free text sideboxes.

An ordered list of benefits
  • Users will be able to see the content they are meant to without having to view journals in their native style.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • Users could be used to this behaviour and are using their sticky posts and free text boxes as useful links/content to have anywhere when viewing journal pages.
