Most of the time when I post I'm at work so I can't save a picture file and then upload it to my scrapbook and instead I use another site. Mostly, I'd like a way to keep all of my uploaded pictures on one site instead of having to use other websites.
When uploading userpics you have 2 options: upload from a file, and upload from a URL. When uploading to the scrapbook, the only way to go is by saving the file and then uploading it to the scrapbook. If the scrapbook was able to handle URLs, it would make using it easier.
