Change the open-proxy check behaviour

Change the open-proxy check behaviour

Short, concise description of the idea
Bypass the open-proxy check when someone is logged in but commenting anonymously

Full description of the idea
Currently, anonymous comments are blocked if they come from an open proxy (which can be exploited by spammers). Someone who is unable to comment anonymously because of the open proxy thing can create an account and use that to comment.

Since using a LiveJournal account to comment is sufficient to keep the open proxy beast at bay, that should be true of someone who is using a LiveJournal account to comment anonymously.

An ordered list of benefits

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • ...can't think of any...
