videos from VOX

videos from VOX

Short, concise description of the idea
letting videos uploaded to VOX be embedded to Livejournal

Full description of the idea
Now that we are able to embed youtube videos on livejournal entries, can we do the same for videos uploaded to VOX? Reason being youtube is too "public", anyone can access it very easily. and sometimes you do not want to be so public about it (let's say a recording of your performance on stage etc) and only want to upload for you and your own friends' viewing. You get a VOX account, which allows video uploading, to keep track of your videos, and want to embed them into your main livejournal entries. Is this possible? I dont quite like the idea of putting my own videos on the web publicly when what i want to do is keep in my journal and share with friends. Another better option: let's be able to upload videos to livejournal! :P

An ordered list of benefits
  • much more privacy than just linking to youtube perhaps?

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • I can't think of any =|

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • I'm not too sure how you would like to go about doing it, perhaps putting embedding codes in VOX for us :X
