An ordered list of benefits
  • It would be easier to see at a glance what privs a user has, and whether (for example) they can see an internal comment left previously, or if you aren't sure if a semi-familiar name is a new volunteer or returning.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • One more link on request pages, which can get pretty crowded for supporthelps and admins.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • Poke a code monkey or two, and make sure their infinite supply of typewriters is working.
