Support requests in My LJ

Short, concise description of the idea
Add an area with support requests a user has put in into the My LJ portal.

Full description of the idea
I don't often have to submit requests for support, but lately I've had 2 or 3. For some reason I never got an email confirming receipt of one of them and now can't determine the status or if there's a solution. Would be handy to have these 'at my finger tips'.

An ordered list of benefits
  • All requests by user for support in one place
  • User can refer back to support easily
  • Hopefully same user wouldn't submit same support request twice (as I'm tempted to do since I don't know if it was received or not since I never got a confirmation email, but did get confirmation screen).
