Easily unfriend deleted or suspended users
Short, concise description of the idea
From the userinfo of an active journal, another user has a toolbar which allows him or her to reach the add/modify/remove user page. When viewing a suspended or deleted journal this link should also be available.
Full description of the idea
The "Add this user to your friends list" toolbar link for active users takes you to add.bml?user=exampleusername, which functions correctly even for suspended or deleted users; however, there's no way to reach it except by direct URL entry for these users.
If a user has been suspended or has deleted a journal, there is no easy way for others to remove that particular journal from their friends lists (friends/edit.bml quickly grows unwieldy for large numbers of friends, especially when only one suspended/deleted journal needs to be removed). However, the page which tells you that a journal has been suspended, deleted, or purged should be able to give you a link to add.bml so that you can remove that specific journal.
- Ease of cleaning up one's friends list.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
- Encourages people to unfriend temporarily deleted journals.
An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
- The username is apparently already passed to the page, so it's just a matter of another link.
