(Manage/Edit Entries page) Specify the maximum of 50 entries

Title
(Manage/Edit Entries page) Specify the maximum of 50 entries

Short, concise description of the idea
Add "(1-50)" or "50 entries maximum" to the Edit Entries page, after "most recent entries".

Full description of the idea
Although this information is documented in FAQ 148: Data Limitations, it is easily overlooked.

You can only view the 50 most recent entries in a journal when you choose to edit from the recent entries at http://www.livejournal.com/editjournal.bml as described at http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=2.

Therefore, it would be good to add a short phrase to the page. I suggest "(1-50)" for conciseness or "50 entries maximum". It would also be good to add a short phrase such as "Only your last 50 results will be shown) to the search results", should someone search for more than 50 entries.

An ordered list of benefits
  • Less user confusion

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • More wordy

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • Pick a phrase.
  • Add it to the form.
  • Widen the colored box around the form.
  • Potentially add a phrase to the results page if the user searches for a number greater than 50.
