Completely disable anonymous commenting on protected entries

Short, concise description of the idea
Really, this is just a small convenient factor and cosmetic feature. Gray out the "anonymous" option in protected posts, because the option is disabled anyway.

Full description of the idea
According to http://www.livejournal.com/community/suggestions/437271.html anonymous commenting is not going to be enabled for protected posts right now. Why not gray the option out on comment pages for protected entries, like it is already if a user has completely disabled anonymous commenting.

An ordered list of benefits
  • Well... Users will no longer write up long comments, only to find that they receive an error message when attempting to post it. A better implentation, in my eyes, if they get the "no pony for you" message right from the start.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • A minor thing that would take developers' time.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • Just gray out the "Anonymous" option on comment pages for any protected entries (friends only/custom and possibly private).
