Add an option to be emailed when a support request regreens.

Full description of the idea
Currently, the only options for emailed support notification settings are Off, New Only, and All. Add a fourth option, 'Regreen,' which sends an email notification when a request in the chosen category/categories regreens requesting further assistance.

An ordered list of benefits

  • Ability to know if a request has been marked 'Still Needs Help' immediately, rather than waiting to check the board manually.
  • Less email clutter than the 'all' option.
  • Possibility of faster response times to users still needing help to resolve their issues.
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • Additional coding.
  • Additional email load (may, however, lighten the load if volunteers using 'all' at the moment are doing so primarily for regreens.)
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Tie into the touch/regreen code on the board to automatically generate emails if the requestor still needs assistance.
