Allow a search engine to find what users are hunting for instead of digging through FAQs or going straight to the help desk.
90% of the questions asked to the support team are ones that can be answered with a link to a FAQ. People don't either take the time to look for it, or look for it and can't find it. Most things are fairly organized, but I'm so frustrated when I can't find what I'm looking for. "I know I've seen it somewhere" The information is available, it's just a matter of finding it. I think a search engine of this type would be an invaluable tool.

Perhaps modify the current "search livejournal" form, but not limiting feedback to one person's user page.
