Better Integration Between Journal Entries and To-Do List Items

Provide users with a way to associate journal entries with To-Do List items.
Full description of the idea
It would be nice to have a way of associating journal entries in the To-Do item Add/Edit views.
In the Add/Edit views, use similar UI to entering Radio Button Options in the Poll Creator. Give the user 5 input fields to enter the Journal Entry IDs and a "More >>" button to add 5 at a time.
In the List view, under the Item column, we'd see the "Subject<br>", "Details<br>" and then a comma delimited list of hyperlinks to the journal entries printed under the Details. The link text can just be numbers corresponding to the ordinality of the entries. If the user does not enter any entry IDs, this would be blank.
