Create a get_cluster priv

Title
Create a get_cluster priv

Short, concise description of the idea
Allow trusted people to check the cluster of a LiveJournal user for better troubleshooting.

Full description of the idea
Most times Support requests with problems are from the logged in user and trouble-shooting can easily be done. But sometimes the problem is logging in itself. In these cases, or cases where the user emailed, but doesn't reply back/resubmit with a logged in request, it would be handy to let people check it. While there is currently no urgent need for it, it would be good to have should the need arise, and should the need arise, we'd want it right then and there. It could be linked into finduser priv, but would probably be best as a separate priv. The category admin for web ui would be a natural person to give it to (along with staff).

An ordered list of benefits

  • Better trouble-shooting
  • could theoretically have other uses. This is the sort of thing that sometimes we only realize just how useful it is after we have it for a while and see when appropriate situations come up.
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • Requires coding, requires trust for who to give it to and thus decisions to be made. However, I think this can easily be sorted out and would be well in-line with similar policies that give other category admins abilities related to their category (such as syn).
  • I think the trust issue is a small one, as anyone who would get it is almost certainly already trusted with far more powerful things than the ability to see what cluster a LiveJournal user is on.
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Put it in zilla.
  • Get someone to code it.
  • Decide who should have it.
  • Give it to the appropriate people.
  • Eat french toast. (not strictly necessary, but a good idea)
  • Tags: support, § implemented differently
