Change the titles of the FAQ categories to links that sort FAQs by category, in true FAQ style

It works like this if you visit the admin area of the site, but we don't make the admin area of the site as visible as the support area.
An ordered list of benefits
- Someone could get a quick glimpse of an entire category.
- Could be made an option to link to an entire category from the support board
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
...you might hate me and not want to do it ;-Þ
An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
I'd imagine it would be as simple as copying the readcat.bml from the admin/faq directory over to support and change the relevant information - I don't know.
I would patch it myself but A) I don't have a development server to test it out on :-/ and B) I'm not entirely too bright in the sense of writing patches ;-)
