Make Screened Comment settings to Per Post

Title
Make Screened Comment settings to Per Post

Short, concise description of the idea
Make Screened Comment settings to Per Post and not for the whole journal.

Full description of the idea
In http://www.livejournal.com/editinfo.bml, there is an option, which allows you to enable/disable the Screened Comments for your Journal. When you enable it, it applies to your whole journal. I don't want that. What I would like to see this to be Per Post, so we should make this an settings where it works just like "Remove Comment Feature From Post" and "Don't E-mail Comments" in the LJ client and also web update full mode.

An ordered list of benefits

  • Each post will have different settings. One post will have screened comment and another post will not have one.
  • Will not apply to all of your post.
  • No need to check for screened comments in every post
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • More load on database but I don't think so?
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Modify the editinfo.bml page to include 'Per Post' or 'Whole Journal' for the screened section to give the user's choice.
  • The person who created this screened comments should know how to change the code a bit.
  • Tags: comment creation, comment screening, comments, entry creation, § implemented
