Make status of old suggestions clearer

Title
Make status of old suggestions clearer

Short, concise description of the idea
http://www.livejournal.com/suggestions/ suggests that you can tell from the memories what status an older suggestion has with regards to implementation, but often, you can't. Is there any way to make it clearer?

Full description of the idea
From /suggestions/: First, make sure that your idea hasn't already been suggested. If so, you can see its status... we've either rejected it, delayed it, or perhaps we're already working on it. However, it's not always clear what the status of an older suggestion is. I came across this suggestion and can't really tell whether what was requested was technically feasible or not, or was desired or not.

An ordered list of benefits

  • Would make it clearer to people looking at the memories whether the idea was likely to be implemented, or had already been implemented.
  • Would reduce the likelihood of people re-suggesting ideas in the memories that seem like people were in favor of them, but never happened.
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • Sometimes it isn't clear what will happen to a suggestion and so it might not be a good idea to pigeonhole it.
  • Would need some kind of memory metadata, or additional categories, which might be hard to set up.
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Perhaps in addition to the current categorization by category, memories could be kept in categories called "implemented" "will be implemented" "will not be implemented" "uncertain." These would have to be kept up, which might be a lot of work.
  • I'm not really sure how else to do it, since I don't know how the memories framework is designed.
