Communities - edit post

Short, concise description of the idea
Author of post to be able to edit the post easily via Edit Entries.

Full description of the idea
Currently, the only way to edit an already submitted thread-head post is to go to its comments page and there click the pencil icon. You cannot, however, edit it from the Edit Entries page -- and especially cannot you edit it if you log in as your community account, which is understandable. My suggestion is, that we could have -- just like on Edit Personal Information (editinfo.bml) -- a journal selector on Edit Entries. Say, I'm logged in as ralesk, and want to edit something I posted in a community, I'd select the specific journal, select what to list, click proceed, and it'd list my threadtop posts in the interval I said (There is no need to list other people's threadtop posts, unless I'm the community admin, say, like in lj_magyar)

An ordered list of benefits

  • logical
  • no need to click around to reach talkpost and talkread bml
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • probably will have some security issues if not well done, but I don't think it will. We can currently edit our threadtops anyway.
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • An active journal selector will have to be created on Edit Entries page. Would probably default to one's main journal.
  • As such, at least one more variable to POST.
