Title
customize set of mood icons with already-created icons from different sets

Short, concise description of the idea
Allow users, instead of choosing "Happy Faces" or "Kittens", to choose "bouncy" from the "Happy Face" set but "cold" from the "Kittens" set, etc.

Full description of the idea
There seems to be hundreds of prefab mood icon sets, and all of them have some cool icons and some not so cool icons. I'd like to be able to choose one particular icon from one particular set without changing all my icons. I particularly like "cold" from "Charity's Goth Girls" for example, but much prefer "happy" from the set of dragons. I'd like to be able to have a customized set of my own without having to create a whole new set of icons (cause I'm computer illiterate and don't know how to do so)

An ordered list of benefits

  • much more expressive of mood icons
  • less limiting
  • wider range for creativity
  • it would make people happy!
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • I have no idea how hard this would be to implement.
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Um, like I said, computer illiterate. Couldn't tell you what it would take to implement, sorry.

    Title
    Deleting Poll Answers

Short, concise description of the idea
People should be able to delete all poll answers.

    Full description of the idea
Right now, it's possible to edit your own answers to a poll by going to the page where you fill it out (&mode=enter). You can erase text in a text box question that you answered, uncheck checkboxes, and select the blank option from a drop-down, all of which effectively deletes your answers altogether. However, it's impossible to delete a radio button and scale response...once something is chosen, you can't not choose anything. Therefore, I think there should be a way to delete radio button and scale poll reponses.

    An ordered list of benefits

  • People will be able to delete their poll answers if they decide that they don't want to answer the poll anymore.
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • People might not want this to be possible...but it's already possible to delete three of the five types of questions, so why not make it possible with the other two?
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • There should be a larger space of some sort right after the last choice in a radio button question, and then another option labelled "(No response)" (the parantheses should probably be there to show that it's not part of the person's poll). This would be auto-selected if someone's never taken the poll before.
  • For scales, the no response option should either be after the last choice (on the same line), or on the next line. Whatever people think looks nicer works for me.
  • The extra no response option should appear both in the journal entry (if someone hasn't filled out the poll yet) and in the &mode=enter thing. If someone fills out the poll with this option selected, their name will not be listed for that question--just as if they deleted their response, or never gave one to begin with.
