Customizable closed community information messages

Short, concise description of the idea
If a closed community has a specific process for users to go through before joining, the maintainer should have the ability to get rid of the "contact the maintainer" message at the top of the community info page.

Full description of the idea
At the top of any closed community information page, such as here, the top says "To become a member you must contact its maintainer." However, many closed communities have other ways of dealing with new users, which are usually listed in the "About" portion of the userinfo. This makes contacting the maintainer a pointless and aggravating suggestion for the maintainer. I propose that the maintainer of a closed community have the option to get rid of that "contact the maintainer" message.
