Email reply notifications - "don't attach friends-only entries" option

Short, concise description of the idea
Allow the user to avoid including friends-only entries in reply notification email

Full description of the idea
I have a friend who posted an uber-personal message that should only be seen by friends, and most importantly not by the person s/he lives with, with whom s/he shares a computer. by not giving away one's LJ password, one can effectively keep one's housemates out of one's journal, but most email clients are not password-protected. every comment s/he gets to this entry generates an email containing the full text of the entry. should one of these arrive while s/he is at work, and should a housemate fire up the email client, the entry is right there. email is widely recognized as an insecure medium anyway; I know I would feel better if my friends-only entries were not sent over it, if only on principle. I propose that when setting up friend groups, a checkbox should exist for "when notifying me of a reply, don't include the text of these entries" for each group. If this is too much, then a global setting for "include text of entries in notifications".
