Memories of Support Requests and Comments

Memories of Support Requests and Comments

Short, concise description of the idea
Add to Memories function available in support requests and comments

Full description of the idea
When viewing a support request, be able to add the request to your Memories. When viewing a comment, be able to add the comment (not the original post) to your Memories.

An ordered list of benefits

  • It would be a great tool for Support Volunteers, as currently the only way you can view old support requests is by date and time.
  • It will make the GUI of LiveJournal much more consistant. If you're looking at something, you can usually do something with it. Watch it, Join it, Remember it, Comment on it, add it to the Topic Directory, Email it.
  • It would make my life much easier. I am sick of having to update my journal, paste a URL to the Comment or Request, and then add that post to my Memories.
  • An ordered list of problems/issues involved

  • Might have to wait till S2?
  • The devs are busy
  • An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

  • Add this suggestion as a memory, under: Memories, LJ_Support, Comments
  • Maybe look at whether anything else should be added at the same time (to make coding easier?)
  • Tags: comments, memories, support, ~ submitted - needs retagging
    • Post a new comment
