Change userpic on comments without adding/updating timestamp

Title
Change userpic on comments without adding/updating timestamp

Short, concise description of the idea
I would like the timestamp that shows up when I edit my comments to not show up (or if it's already there, not be updated) if all I'm doing is changing the userpic.

Full description of the idea
I like to use different userpics for my entries and comments depending on what it's about, and usually only use my default one if none of my userpics have anything to do with the entry/comment. However, when commenting, I often forget to change the userpic at first and have to edit the comment to change it, and thus the "edited at whenever" timestamp shows up, and thus it looks like I couldn't get the wording right when actually I just wanted something other than my badly-made sprite from a webcomic I used to do show up next to my name. And who cares when I changed the userpic on a comment?

An ordered list of benefits
  • Edited timestamp is more useful because it shows when the last edit that wasn't just to change the userpic was.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • Added to this community by a person that has trouble explaining himself well the first time.
