Hide homepage recent Journal Comments from banned users

Title
Hide homepage recent Journal Comments from banned users

Short, concise description of the idea
If a user has been banned from a journal, their comments should not show up in the Journal Comments module on the homepage.

Full description of the idea
If I ban someone from my journal because they have left a comment that I don't really need, and I have chosen to leave the comment in place, but screened, I would not expect that comment to still show up in the Journal Comments section of the homepage. In the Recent Comments area, yes, of course. Not on the homepage.

Failing a complete removal, I would prefer to see some sort of graphic acknowledgment that this character is now banned, and/or that the comment is screened, as there is on the Recent Comments page.

An ordered list of benefits
  • More intuitive behavior (for me, at least)
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • Not necessarily intuitive behavior for people who aren't me
  • Involves changing display behavior for Journal Comments
  • Maybe not too many people run into this situation and get irked by it.
