Repeated comments flooding popular blogs by spammers

Title
Repeated comments flooding popular blogs by spammers

Short, concise description of the idea
Truncate repeated comments from different users to single blog (publisher).

Full description of the idea
If blog record (from single publisher), get flooded by repeated SPAM comments, regardless from whom message was created, it should be truncated (without leaving traces in the blog, including replies to it) after reaching threshold (for example 2 or 3), and account from whom commentary message were created, should be automatically disabled, subsequently blocking temporarily IP address (probably proxy) for several day's/weeks. Also, IP from where message recorded, should be placed to "IP monitoring table", table will allow to collect PROXY servers including full anonymous proxies without appropriate HTTP PROXY flag for statistics and postmortem review.

An ordered list of benefits
  • it will illuminate simple SPAM messages, good example: http://navalny.livejournal.com/
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • it will increase CPU requirement per transaction especially for popular posts (that reaching more than 1000 comments per post) and increase load on DB. possible resolution to create control sum for subject line and message body, but it will illuminate possibility for more intelligent detection.
